FFO Main Office/Warehouse

Volunteer Orientation is required for all new volunteers before participating in volunteer shifts. This orientation introduces volunteers to Food for Others, our programs, volunteer expectations, and important safety procedures. During orientation, volunteers will learn about: - Food for Others’ mission, programs, and the communities we serve - Volunteer policies and expectations - Warehouse and workplace safety - Appropriate volunteer conduct and client confidentiality - Available volunteer roles and opportunities - How to sign up for and manage volunteer shifts - Check-in, attendance, and hour-tracking procedures Upon successful completion of orientation, volunteers will receive the required credential on their volunteer account, allowing them to register for eligible volunteer shifts. Please note: Completing orientation does not guarantee eligibility for every volunteer opportunity. Certain roles may have additional age requirements, training, credentials, or prerequisites.
